Dragon-i (笼的传人 - 拉面小笼包), specializing in flavours from around the regions in China such as Canton, Szechuan and Shanghai, is a good place to experience Shanghainese cuisine. Their signature dishes are a fine blend of aestheticism, flavour and taste, elements proudly preserved by the Chinese over thousand of years.

The crystal pagoda-shaped XIAO LONG BAO originated from Shanghai’s Nanxiang Town (上海南翔镇). This is the MUST ORDER DISH in this restaurant, as this is the signature dish as well.
