Nice and yummy Xiao Long Bao (Steamed Pork Dumpling): RM10.90++ (6pcs)

Of course, what would a visit to Din Tai Fung mean without trying their famous Xiao Long Bao? At Din Tai Fung, Xiao Long Bao is prepared using a recipe that has been perfected for over 30 years. Each piece carries only the finest ingredients and made fresh when you order.

Guide to enjoy Xiao Long Bao

Fried Pork Chop: RM 12:00++

This Taiwanese pork chop version -- very soft with a lot of umami flavor. The meat is juicy and tender, making for a wholesome gastronomic experience at Din Tai Fung

Hot & Sour Soup La Mien (Pulled Noodles): RM14.00++

The fairly thick potage of hot and sour soup filled with shredded pork, beancurd, black wood ear fungus, bamboo shoot and other ingredients, was velvety and bursting with loads of flavors and textures.

Shrimp Pork Fried Rice: RM 16.50++
Din Tai Fung’s fried rice is delicious and known for clarity. Not one rice sticks to another, one can almost count how many rice is piled onto the plate. Flavors of eggs and locally fresh shrimp seep into each dot of rice. The best part, this dish is even better as a leftover to eat at home the next day.
If you haven’t tried any of Din Tai Fung’s outlets here in KL, by all means avail yourself the chance to taste some of the best steamed pork dumplings you will ever taste. And if you’re a fan already, be sure to visit the distinctively appointed, relaxing branch in The Curve’s annexed mall, e@Curve (formerly known as Cineleisure Damansara).
